7 March 2017 — Back when I was in school, “assembly day” meant the teachers all had some sort of meeting and we gathered in the auditorium to watch an old movie. Well in memory of, and fondness for, the late Robert Osborne, I figure today ought to be an assembly day! Huzzah! (all the kids are cheering) So in lieu of my regular report, I put together the brief video below of one of my long time, personal favorite ski slopes: The Lenawee/Cornice/Dercum’s section at Arapahoe Basin. But for a few roped-off outcroppings, any decent intermediate can pick any line from the top and just go. The only problem is deciding which route to take!
